DANCE STYLES
- HEELS
is a dynamic and expressive style performed in high heels. It blends elements of jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, and burlesque, combining fluid movement, musicality, sensuality, and powerful attitude.
It demands control, balance, isolation, and a strong posture. As dancers master the technique, heels become a tool for empowerment, confidence, and feminine self-expression.
- ReggaetonA Latin urban dance style rooted in Caribbean culture, known for its strong rhythm, grounded steps, and expressive hip and body movements. Influenced by dancehall, hip-hop, and Latin dances, it’s bold, rhythmic, and sensual, often featuring groove-based footwork and the signature reggaeton bounce.
- Hip-Hopis an energetic and expressive street dance style that focuses on rhythm, groove, musicality, and confidence. Rooted in hip-hop culture, it encourages creativity, freestyle, and personal style while helping dancers improve coordination, performance skills, and body awareness.
- ContemporaryContemporary is a modern dance style that blends elements of ballet, jazz, and modern technique.
It focuses on fluid movement, musicality, and expression -
allowing you to move in a way that feels natural and connected to your body.

It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure when trying something new—especially when stepping outside your comfort zone. Many students feel this way before their first heels dance class, but it’s important to know you’re not alone! The environment is designed to be welcoming and supportive, encouraging everyone to learn at their own pace.
The focus in class is on progress, not perfection. You’ll be surrounded by fellow dancers who are on the same journey, and there’s guidance every step of the way.
Once you take that first step, you’ll start to feel stronger and more confident with each class. And, most importantly, you’ll have fun while doing it! Take a deep breath and get ready to dance!

Absolutely! This class is designed for everyone, regardless of age, gender, body shape, or flexibility level. There are no limits - it's all about embracing your unique self and feeling confident while moving.
You don’t need prior dance experience or a specific fitness level to join. The class is taught at a pace that allows everyone to progress and learn comfortably.
The only exception is if you have a medical condition that limits your ability to participate in physical activities—if that’s the case, please consult with your doctor before joining.

This course is designed as a full program, so we don’t offer drop-in classes or partial enrollment. Each class builds on the last, step by step, to help you progress and develop your skills over time. The structured format ensures that everyone learns together, mastering technique, choreography, and conditioning as a group.
However, don’t worry if you miss a class! We have a group chat where videos from each session are shared, and many students practice outside of the studio. They’re always happy to help you catch up on any missed material so you won’t feel left behind.

Clothing: Wear something comfortable, stretchable, and form-fitting like leggings, shorts, or a fitted top. Choose an outfit that makes you feel confident and allows freedom of movement. This will help you perform the moves better and allow the instructor to give useful corrections.
Heels: Dance-specific heels are required. If you don’t have proper heels yet, you can wear socks for the first few classes, but regular street heels are not allowed. Dance heels provide the right balance, ankle support, and flexibility for moving safely.
Recommended Heels:

Participation in filming is completely optional! If you prefer not to be filmed, that’s absolutely fine. The filming process is designed to be supportive and encouraging, with instructors dancing alongside you and fellow participants offering their support.
